I have been taking piano lessons for 11 years now, and am currently preparing a new song for my music recital in November. I play many other percussion instruments, but as you can see, my main study in the direction of the piano. I can often be found playing at school, church, and home.
Monday, March 29, was my first experience of 4H Club. As I mentioned earlier, my friends Kat and Michelle started telling me about 4H Band and how much they enjoyed it. They got me really interested, and so now I am an official member! WoW-ie! I am still playing percussion, and hopefully I will get to march and play the quads! WooHoo!
4H is becoming so much fun! I making so many new friends in it while playing and marching in parades. On July 4th, I marched in 3 parades. The Lorain County Fair is here, which means that I will be there every day performing and marching. Don't worry...I don't think we play in the pig pens.
I also love computers, gardening, and decorating for Christmas. Christmas is my most favorite holiday of the year. My favorite color is green, and my favorite number is 12. I only like even numbers. Some people say that I am obsessive compulsive, and I think I am too. I was reading an article about it, and it matched me perfectly.
Lastly, I have one dog (a beagle named Peaches) and 12 fish (some inside, and some outside in my pond).
I have so much to say, I do not know where to begin. Back in November, the Northern Ohio Youth Orchestra took a trip to Kentucky. We played with the Louisville Youth Orchestra. They really blew us away! I am in NOYO with a SUPER, GREAT girl, Molly. Also, Katerina, who is sometimes weird. The other percussionist is named Kelly. She is a sophmore at Avon Lake High School, and I really like her. She is very talented, beautiful, and has pretty hair. I help her a lot on the timpini (the big drums which I play). I love Sunday rehearsals, just because I get to see my friends. At least once a month I meet up with Molly and Kat before rehearsals, and we go out to eat. It is so super! .

The Elyria Catholic Marching Band of Spirit, is simply the best band in the world. On November 13th, 1998, the band appeared on the FOX8 morning show with Bill and Stephanie. While they are really hyper people, the band blew THEM away. It was a wonderful experience, and the band hopes to do it again! Also, the band had a great website, created by your's truly! Unfortunatly, the Diocese of Cleveland made me take it off-line. So now the band can't talk and keep up on news. Oh well, it will be back on soon. Now I have not updated this paragraph in a while. It has been about 5 months and the web site still is not up. Grrrr. Anywayz, I am second chair in the EC Conert Band. It is a lot of fun, and the music we play is difficult but fun.
